Do you build on my lot?

Absolutely! We specialize in building on your lot throughout Cape Coral and the surrounding areas. If you already own land, we’ll review your survey, check site elevations, and even visit the property in person to identify any red flags like protected species or drainage issues. Don’t have a lot yet? No problem. We can help with that too. We have an experienced local Realtor right here in our office who can assist you in finding the perfect homesite. Whether you’re looking for an off-water site, a Gulf-access lot, or just the right location for your lifestyle, we’ll help guide you every step of the way.

Can I customize your floor plans or bring my own design?

Absolutely. Every one of our homes is custom-built. No cookie-cutter plans. You can modify one of our existing floor plans or bring in your own design from scratch. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure your home fits your lot, your lifestyle, and your vision.

How much does it cost to build a home with Ramos Builders?

Our models start as low as the low $400s, but your final price depends on factors like lot conditions, finishes, and any structural changes. We’re transparent from the beginning. No bait-and-switch pricing. We’ll provide a realistic estimate based on your choices and needs, and we always walk through the numbers together before you commit.

What’s included in the base price?

Our base pricing includes city inspections, impact fees, appliances, hurricane-rated windows and doors, luxury finishes, and much more. While other builders charge extra for basics, we believe in offering a more complete home upfront. We’ll review every inclusion with you so there are no surprises.

Do you provide financing?

Ramos Builders does not offer in-house financing, but we work closely with several trusted lenders who specialize in construction-to-permanent loans. Most of our clients secure financing through a bank or credit union, and we’re happy to guide you through the process.

How long does it take to build a custom home with Ramos Builders?

We do our best to keep every project moving ahead of schedule. While each home we build is uniquely tailored to our clients, the average timeline from contract to completion is approximately 18 months. Throughout the process, you’ll stay informed with real-time updates, progress photos, and scheduling through our app.
